We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and warranty policy below.
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
For hair tools and accessories purchased directly from goldclassgc.com, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
All we ask is that you try the product and if you are not completely happy, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will refund you.
Please note that this guarantee can only be used once per customer for the same product. If a product has already been returned under this policy, future purchases of the same product will not be eligible for another change-of-mind return.
To be eligible for a refund:
• The product must be returned in good condition
• The original packaging must be included in good and original condition
• All accessories and components must be returned in original condition
If a product arrives back damaged, excessively used, missing items, or without packaging in original condition, we may be unable to provide a refund or may deduct a restocking amount.
Promotional Gifts Included With Your Order
If your order included additional items, promotional gifts, or complimentary products together with the hair tool, these items must be returned unused and in their original condition in order to receive a full refund.
If any promotional item or complimentary product has been opened, used, or not returned, the commercial value of that item will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If you are considering returning your product, please avoid opening or using any additional items included in your order, as their value will be deducted from the refund.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend sending your return with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is approved.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.
Returns That Do Not Meet Policy Conditions
G&C Gold Class reserves the right to refuse or partially refund returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
This includes products that show excessive use, damage, missing components, or packaging not returned in good condition.
Policy Misuse
To protect the integrity of our return policy, G&C Gold Class reserves the right to decline future returns if the policy is suspected to be misused or abused.
Unfortunately we do not process exchanges for change-of-mind returns.
Warranty
At G&C Gold Class, we stand behind the quality of our hair tools. All electrical styling tools include a manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase.
The warranty period depends on the product.
2 Year Warranty
The following tools include a 2-year warranty:

1 Year Warranty
The following tools include a 1-year warranty:
• G&C Blowout Brush
• G&C Mini Blowout Brush
If your product becomes defective during the applicable warranty period due to faulty materials or workmanship, G&C Gold Class will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
This warranty applies only to products used under normal household conditions and according to the product instructions.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

• Photo or video clearly showing the fault
Our team will review the claim and may request additional information or inspection of the product before approving a replacement.
Warranty Assessment
In some cases, we may request the product to be returned for inspection before confirming the warranty claim.
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will organise a replacement.
If the product is found not to have a manufacturing fault, the warranty claim may be declined.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Accident, misuse, or abuse
• Dropping the product
• Exposure to liquids or water damage
• Incorrect voltage usage
• Using the product with incompatible power systems
• Failure to check voltage compatibility when travelling internationally
• Use with unauthorised accessories
• Servicing or modification by unauthorised persons
• Wrapping the cord tightly around the appliance causing internal damage
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
• Normal wear and tear over time
Products damaged under these conditions are not covered by warranty.

If you purchased a G&C Gold Class product from a retailer or marketplace, please contact the retailer directly regarding their return policy.
G&C Gold Class reserves the right to repair, replace or refund products at its sole discretion.
